Right outside Waijun baazar

3 Jade brother hood, you can kill em, collect drops, rezone and start again.

if you have HM..... go to sunqua vale (not from the monestary entrance) with that naga quest on and Shadow form... kill a couple, collect drops, rezone.

People... Soon as you hit Senji's Corner grab either Rt or E secondary. Rt for Death Pact Signet, Nightmare Weapon, and Splinter Weapon, or E for Conjure Flame/Frost/Lightning, Intensity if you have a free slot and are using Conjure. The Mantras of /Me are useful, but kinda overkill if you've got Crit Defenses/Crit Agility. Otherwise, secondaries are generally useless on a 'Sin. Just grab a nice MBlossom, Assassin's Promise, or Crit Scythe (yeah yeah, it's an NF build, and a 2ndry I didn't list. What're ya gowna do, sue me?), and you're good to go.
